Since I don't like the LG Optimus UI at all, I make many Skins and Themes. This time I present you the Browser for my xrl UI, which you can also download below. It has been ZipAligned and PNG-Optimized, which reduced the Size from  1495KB  down to  912KB , that is a reduction of  39% . See Portrait Mode and the download link after the break:

This time i present you the calling backgrounds for all phones, and a work-in-progress skin for the LG Dialer. I'm not really happy with the outcome of the dialer, so I might just throw it away, change it, or make new ones. On a side note: I now this stuff isn't earth crushing super mega awesome shit, but that's what I do, my style is clean, bold, and zen . I've got my niche on a perfectly white and clean spot between the likes of the overloaded  Sony Ericsson Skins of the first new decade, and the starved-to-death spartanian Metro UI. While my stuff may lack the Swag of iOS it may be better for your mental health, or help you grow your penis by a quarter :P I made a nice rip-off of the Galaxy S Keyboard. The Numbers and Letters are dumped from the GS Firmware. (In my opinion, the Galaxy S has the most beautiful UI as of now) See the full skins and download links after the break!

I'm working on a few sets of nicer graphics for Android, as nearly all except MIUI, Samsung's propietary and some chinese versions of android look like utter bullcrap. This is a preview for you guys, the toast messages - those are the small messages that appear on the bottom of your screen, telling you if you have switched songs or something.

So I've finally set for my first project. "Estrelle" by xrlabs is a Replica "Windows Mobile" Launcher for Android that I'm currently developing, I'm not too far into the project yet, but I'll try my best to make Estrelle become real quite soon :) I've allready made some concept shots and posted them over at xda-developers , but since forums tend to take rather long at getting you replies, I just started the development of my Windows Mobile Launcher right away. Hey guys, it's me. After some fiddling around with programming, trying to learn different languages (but never truly mastering any...), I've tried to take my first steps of preparation to enter the Android Market, as a Developer. But let's get back in time 1 year. I was sitting home, all alone. I didn't really know what to do, since i had holidays, and my friends and family were on vacation. That was the time when I thought to myself, "hey dood, you wanted to learn programming for so long... Hey Guys, I just received this e-mail from the EFF ( Electronic Frontier Foundation ) regarding the SOPA and PIPA laws that they want to enforce in the USA, and with the internet being an international place, practically international. (SOPA - Stop Online Piracy Act) (PIPA - Protect Intelectual Property Act) In case you went for a Bear Grylls Adventure on January 18th 2012 (read: wednesday) and were cut off from all internet (except Facebook, that is), that may not be due to you camping: According to the e-mail, " Over 100,000 websites went black as citizens sent millions of emails to Congress to show opposition to the blacklist bills" . Most famous member of the blackout-protest was the english Wikipedia that, like for example reddit, minecraft.net, memebase.com and many other websites went black from 8am to 8pm EST on Wednesday. read more after the break.

For those of you who have downloaded the Swype Beta, but don't find the look to appealing, i've got a goodie. I made 2 skins for Swype ( The project ist called "xwype, short for xrlabs' swype ). The classic skin is like a mixture of the Samsung and the iPhone Keyboard. Note: Alltough the Keyboards on the Picture look a bit strange, it's because I'm not smart enough to take a Picture of the Keyboard in android ;) You should definetively give them a try!
